Adamari Lopez
Torres (born May 18th 1971) is a Puerto Rican actress known for being a part of
a variety of Puerto Rican and Mexican soap shows. She is currently hosting on
Hoy Dia, a Telemundo morning show Hoy Dia and is a Latina ambassador for WW
previously known as Weight Watchers. Adamari is the daughter of Luis Lopez, an
undertaker, began her career as a host when she was just six years old, in the
Telemundo Canal 2 productions of Cristina Bazan's soap opera. She was joined by
Johanna Rosaly, a legendary Puerto Rican actress, and Jose Luis Rodriguez El
Puma who is a Venezuelan singer. Her talent suggested a future celebrity.
WAPA-TV picked her to portray Iris Chacon, Daniel Guerrero's child in Yo se que
mentia. The role of a young actress in the story was essential and she was an
international star. In 1983 Lopez was a guest on a brief, two-chapter
appearance on Vivir Para Ti. After that, Lopez was able to dedicate herself to
studies. She holds a B.A. She has a B.A. in communication from the University
of the Sacred Heart. After reaching the age of maturity, she returned and was a
part of several plays in Puerto Rico's Teatro Tapia, San Juan's most
prestigious and longest-running theater, and was gaining the interest of Mexican
producers. After being invited to Mexico by the producers, she traveled to
Mexico and became a star in Mexico. Lopez also participated in Mujer, Casos de
la Vida Real and Mujer, Casos de la Vida Real. In this show, she was a victim
of an alleged rape, which later changed into a an lesbian. Lopez was the wife
of Luis Fonsi (a Puerto Rican famous singer).
