 Jimmy Donaldson, born May 7, 1998, better known as his name, MrBeast. MrBeast is an American YouTuber, entrepreneur, and charitable philanthropist. Six years ago, he was credited with pioneering a genre of YouTube videos that revolve around costly stunts. His main YouTube channel, "MrBeast", is the fifth-most-subscribed on the platform. At the age of 13, Donaldson began uploading YouTube videos with the name "MrBeast6000". His early videos included Let's Plays as well as videos estimating other YouTubers' riches. In 2017, he became a viral sensation after his "counting up to 100,000" video earned millions of views in just a few days, and he has grown in popularity ever since, with most of his videos gaining hundreds of millions of views.Over time his style of content diversified to include donation and challenge videos that reward thousands of dollars, video with arduous tasks or challenges to survive as well as original videos. Donaldson had several of his childhood friends help him to manage his growing YouTube channel. MrBeast was the main YouTube channel of Donaldson and had 60 subscribers.
